Dog Takes Taxi Back Home!!

When Harris the terrier ran off to chase a deer halfway up Ben Nevis, his owners, Christoff and Alison Du Plessis, feared they’d never see their dog again.

They were terrified that poor little Harris would freeze in temperatures of minus three degrees, or that he’d end up injured and alone. But instead, something lovely happened.

Two strangers found Harris wandering around alone that afternoon, and quickly called the number on his tag.

Christoff’s mother answered the call at the address where the couple used to live, and told the rescuers their new address.

The strangers then arranged for a taxi to come along and pick up Harris and drive him all the way home. Harris arrived back at his home entirely happy, healthy, and still excited from a day spent chasing deer.

Now, Christoff and Alison are trying to find out the names of the two men who rescued Harris and put him in the taxi so they can thank them personally.
